5. ELIGIBILITY

How to Request a Return or Refund ?

WAIT FOR APPROVAL

We will review your request and reply with instructions if your return is approved.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Place the approved items in secure packaging. If possible, reuse the original packaging.

SHIP YOUR RETURN

Once approved, send your package using a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking number.

REFUND PROCESSING

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval.
